We want you to love your purchase! Due to the single-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Our products are personal in nature, so we are not able to accept returns once a product and/or its packaging has been opened. Please inspect your order upon reception, if you received an incorrect, defective, damaged or missing item, contact us with 7 (seven) days of receipt at dnrbasics@gmail.com Include your order number, contact information, and brief description of the issue so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not open product/packaging as we cannot accept it for return or refund. If you change your mind or buy an item or items by mistake, we will exchange or refund your purchase once the returned items are received. In this case, please note shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise, as well as replacements if requested, are the responsibility of the buyer. Thank you for your understanding and patronage.

Cancellations

An order may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.

Complaints

Any complaints should be submitted to us by emailing dnrbasics@gmail.com  Although we cannot guarantee a resolution, we will work hard to ensure your case is carefully reviewed, and we will be in contact.

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety problems once the buyer has received the goods or services. In case of damage caused by the items purchased by the buyer, the seller will not share any responsibility.

Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner's state.
